Abstract

One of the main barriers to the development of labor potential in healthcare is the level of wages. This level was assessed by medical specialists according to objective and subjective indicators. Their salaries, especially for nurses, still do not reach the average level for all specialists. And the assessment of the fairness of earnings is lower than satisfaction with their size. This is partly due to the violation of the incentive function of wages.
