Abstract

Based on a comparative country analysis, the article presents the results of a study of the features of state regulation of support for a young children's family in the EAEU countries: the category young family is defined in the legislation of states; trends in the demographic development of the EAEU member states are indicated; the insufficiency of interstate programs of the EAEU member states, which determine the possibility of cooperation on family and demographic policy within the framework of this integration formation, was revealed; specific features of the system of national legislation of the EAEU member countries on issues of support for a young children's family; the role of the structures of state authorities that implement the policy of state support for a young children's family is assessed.
