Abstract

The monograph presents the results of scientific research carried out by the staff of the ISPI of the Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences within the scope of state tasks of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The main event of 2022 that determined the socio-political situation in the country was the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine and the sanctions of unfriendly Western countries caused by it. The monograph reflects the results of studies of the socio-political and socio-demographic situation in the country conducted by the Institute's staff and related to the actual problems of the life of Russian civil society and the welfare state. The monograph is addressed to researchers, analysts, teachers, graduate students, students specializing in the study of socio-political processes and socio-demographic processes, politicians, organizers and activists of election campaigns, management personnel.
