Abstract

The article examines some aspects of professional culture, as well as the importance of family succession (dynasties) in the process of inheritance of its peculiar values. Relevance of research approaches due to the insufficiency of theoretical reflection on professional culture in the system of cultural coordinates as a social construct, as well as the role of ethical norms and rules related to labor activity, developed by professionals “from below”, relying on the objective and subjective actions of the regulator “from above”. The analysis of general and special features of professionalism in various spheres of human activity made it possible to identify factors that have a decisive impact on the processes of formation, transformation and support of professional culture. Using the data of empirical studies, the motives for supporting professional family succession due to objective and subjective reasons were systematized, as well as methods and forms of transferring cultural professional capital from older dynasty representatives to younger ones.
