Its significance is connected with the specifics of adolescence, which is a critical stage of biological and psychological changes in the child's body and transition to adulthood. Statistical data indicate that over the past decades there has been a steady deterioration in the health of adolescents. Whereas the success of the development of society largely depends on the quality of their health – the basis of tomorrow's health of the nation as a whole, its cultural, reproductive and labor potential. Modernization in relation to adolescent health means changing the behavior of adolescents in order to improve the health of this age group. The importance of adolescent health is increasingly recognized in different countries.
