Abstract

The article solves the scientific and practical problem of identifying the resource potential of non-profit organizations to realize the social expectations of migrants who arrived from Tajikistan to Russia. The empirical basis of the study was the data of a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview of migrant workers. As a result, a classification of the social expectations of migrants from life in Russia has been developed and the corresponding types of resources of non-commercial organizations have been identified.
