Abstract

The process of the formation of Russian society on the path of democratic reforms has contributed to fundamental changes in all spheres of our life. The radical changes that have taken place in Russia are characterized by changes in economic and social institutions, the political system, the state of culture, etc. The identification of problematic aspects makes it possible to draw generalized conclusions that can serve as a guideline for more successful activities in the field of socio-economic policy in the region, in overcoming the existing problems and achieving a level of comfort of living both in the city and in rural areas.
