Abstract

In connection with emerging new exogenous and endogenous challenges in the field of medical care to the population, the need to find new ways to improve the quality, accessibility and efficiency of medical organizations is increasing. Innovative and information and communication technologies are increasingly used in medicine, in particular, in the primary sector: there is a change in the system of communication and patient care. Modern chatbots in healthcare are an opportunity to provide a quick, simple and effective way for patients with all the necessary information. Chatbots based on artificial intelligence technologies can effectively provide consulting information to the patient and the doctor, diagnose, recommend treatment directions and medications, on the basis of remotely monitoring vital signs, they can notify the doctor about possible risks, as well as provide information support to a person until admission to a medical organization.
