Abstract

The article considers the problem of infertility among married couples, which has an extremely important social and demographic significance and affects the interests of the state, society and the interests of the family itself. The purpose of the study is to study, analyze the situation of infertility of married couples in Russia and propose ways to solve this problem. The author notes that risk factors in reproduction should be taken into account at all stages of growth, development and vital activity of the organism, and then in the selection of married couples. It is noted that the maximum prevention of secondary infertility is a task of particular importance, requiring extensive explanatory measures and improving the quality of life, a key direction in the strategy of health protection not only for married couples, young people, but also the entire population. The present study is also one of the evidences of the systematic expansion of therapeutic and preventive possibilities for rehabilitation of disorders of childbearing function. The attitude to the problems of reproduction depends on the socio-demographic situation in the country. When there is a shortage of population growth on a national scale, active measures are being taken to stimulate childbearing. In our country, social measures, legislation and demographic policy are aimed at maintaining population growth. We believe that methodical study and temporary elimination of congenital defects and acquired painful conditions of the genitals, as well as taking into account the importance of preserving reproductive function, improving living and working conditions will significantly increase the effectiveness of rehabilitation measures.
