Abstract

The goal is to identify the prerequisites for the emergence of a synthetic non-classical operator - a network of interactions that contributes to the launch of the process of forming a new connectedness of subjectivities, and its political interpretation. We will talk about the search for a new universal approach to the description, analysis and synthesis of complex fractal social structures, which are based on the subjective uncertainty of its constituent elements. The network view gravitates towards phenomenology and involves rethinking the phenomenon of the subject by replacing the common (force, Newtonian, subject-object) idea of the world with a new one (network, quantum, subject-subject). The key element articulating the logic of the pairing of subjects is their “images”, determined by the dominant discourse and thus acquiring a political essence, and their genetic basis - the dominant discourse. As a result, network political relations will be focused not on building structures, systems and institutions, but on the production of multiple discursive practices. As a consequence, the main goal of these relations will not be the formation of stable social structures or institutions, but the exchange of meanings that will allow achieving temporary agreement between the nodes of the network of relations. The emerging complex mental structure of political relations between subjects forces us to reconsider their general logic - from the descending, simple “subject - object - properties - relations” we should move to another, complex, ascending “relations - discourse - properties - subject”. The change in the logic of interaction between subjects forces us to take a fresh look at all classical political science definitions. In particular, on multipolarity and sovereignty, making it possible to avoid falling into a subjective or objective dead end, which is fraught with subsequent self-isolation and loss of activity, which is typical for the present time.
