Abstract

Global transformations have an impact on life in Russia and force the authorities to change, clarify or supplement the agenda. Of particular importance are the positive factors of the development of the state, which have both direct and indirect effects on the formation of public sentiment among Russians. Russia has largely managed to overcome the risks that have arisen and is entering a growth trajectory. In the face of external pressure, it has become important to ensure the sustainable development of the country and use all its resources to fulfill its social obligations. Technological progress was quite strongly associated with social progress and the growth of the well-being of citizens.
