Abstract

Abstract. This article is devoted to social consolidation is crucial for development and global leadership, which ultimately affects the quality of life of the country's population under Western sanctions. In the near future at a minimum this fact will allow to maintain the current standard of living of the Russian population. In terms of meeting the needs of security, socialization, personal growth, and self-realization, the value priorities of the Russian population have changed greatly. It is possible to draw a historical parallel in the consequences of the introduction of sanctions in Russia and Iran, but Russia’s GDP significantly exceeds Iran’s GDP, so Russia has great opportunities to neutralize possible consequences. Russia has received great potential, opportunities for economic growth and development, building a new model of international integration, and a new quality of life.
