Abstract

Do you think that your area of residence can be called favorable for the elderly? Perhaps the answer to this question will demonstrate the seriousness of the problems associated with the aging of the population. Despite the different rates of demographic aging in different countries, the fact that we live longer and older people make up the majority of the population is obvious. According to the UN report World Population Outlook 2022: Results (UN 2022), the number of older people is increasing both in number and as a proportion of the total number. The population over the age of 65 is growing faster than those younger than that age.
