The autopoiesis of the statehood: theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of bureaucracy

Abstract

The article presents the analytic reconstruction of the social type of Russian bureaucrat. The paper is implemented within transpersonal paradigm, using the resources of the N. Luhmann’s  theory of social autopoiesis and M. Weber’s theory of bureaucracy. It is shown the capability of  such an approach to give rather shrewd reflection of psychological and behavioral traits of the analyzed social type, such essential feature of its professional ethos as bureaucratic formalism including.
