Abstract

In 2014-2015 the government has introduced the whole package of innovative changes in ways of financing of medical institutions and in the organisation of granting of medical aid to the population. It was demanded, in particular, also actual till now by a problem of increase of availability of medical services for the population Re-structuring is spent in the conditions of an economic crisis in the country that is reflected and in introduction of innovations, and on financial position of patients. Thereupon it is important to represent ways of adaptation of medical institutions and the patients receiving in them of service, to the developed conditions of financial crisis. The problem of the given analysis stage - to track on an example of Moscow as undertaken structural reforms affect satisfaction of the population work of medical institutions and on quality of work of system of public health services estimated by the population.
