Methods of Assessment of Individual Scientific Achievement in the System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

Abstract

Development of methods to assess individual scientific achievement of researchers is an important aspect of the general reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The authors propose to develop such methods using experience accumulated by civilian academic institutions. They also call attention to some inevitable difficulties in the way.
