Online examination of activity of public authorities and management in the context of problems of sociocultural modernization of regions

Abstract

The authors collected the results of the online evaluation of authorities and management in the context of regional sociocultural modernization, showed the connections influencing the management systems regions functionality and nonfunctionality that determine its nature, level of development and ability to solve problems. The necessity of development and implementation the goal-setting and rational technology of communicative connection as a tool for the organization of effective feedback between the authorities, management and the public is shown. The main source of empirical data was the expert online survey conducted with the participation of the authors in 2015, and the data of the official ratings of development of Russian regions.
