Rural youth in the labor market: structure, indicators, dynamics

Abstract

Based on Rosstat data in the article analyzes characteristics of rural youth entering to the labor market. It is noted that the rural labor market is largely limited to: in working conditions, in wages, in the activities and in the number of jobs themselves. There is a tendency outflow of rural youth to more promising areas, providing more opportunities for selfrealization. It is sometimes the village youth can apply to non-standard forms of temporary employment, which are in the early stages may serve as a source of material income.
