Abstract

The author discusses the contemporary state of Iranian-Israeli relations in the context of the Palestinian problem. The author comes to the conclusion that the current relationship between Iran and Israel can't contribute to the normalization of the negotiation process, especially given the lame foreign policy of the United States of America. Evidence of the outcome of the formal talks of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Palestinian counterpart Mahmoud Abbas on 18 April 2016, as well as the official visit to our country Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu on April 21 of this year. In addition, a major impetus to the negotiation process, Russia and Israel gave meeting in February 2016, the foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov and the Director General of the Israeli foreign Ministry Dori gold, which is largely determined intentions of Russia and Israel to resume dialogue aimed at ensuring security and peace in the Middle East. On the background of this meeting to the clumsy attempts of U.S. President Barack Obama, is now engaged on a voyage through the Middle East appear to be clearly unconvincing.
