Abstract

The article discusses the security issues and the North-the Northern Caucasus in the borderland estimates and judgments of experts. As experts acted as public servants, holding directly to the security in the region and representatives of the academic society, having the experience of studying of problems of region from the perspective of theoretical understanding. Analyzed the most pressing issues of socio-economic, socio-cultural and military-political aspects and the author gives Denis a separate constructive comments and remarks of experts that may be of interest in the context of studies of cross-border space of the Russian Federation.
