Strategic planning system of international relations on the modern stage.

Abstract

According to the author, the modern world is a system, which functioning in cooperation of the main political entities: Nations, States, social movements and organizations. To protect its national interests in any country conducts a certain foreign policy. Foreign policy is continuation of domestic policy, and its dissemination into relations with other States. Domestic policy, it is closely connected with the economic structure, public and government companies. The main task of foreign policy is to ensure favourable international conditions in order to implement the interests of the state, ensure its national security. On the basis of the foreign policy activities of individual States develop certain international relations, i.e. a set of economic, political, cultural, legal, military and other ties and relations between peoples, States, economic, political, scientific, cultural, religious organizations and institutions. The author believes that based on the concept of peaceful coexistence Russia should build its strategic planning both domestic and foreign policy, based on the seven basic principles of strategic planning your activities within the system of international law: the principle of non-use of force or threat of force; the principle of peaceful settlement of international disputes; the principle of non-interference in matters within the domestic jurisdiction of States; the duty of States to cooperate with each other in accordance with the UN Charter; the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples; the principle of the sovereign equality of States; the principle of the conscientious fulfilment by States of the obligations they have accepted in accordance with the UN Charter and the Declaration on principles of international law. Compliance with these principles of international law is strictly required.
