Influence of Temporal Characteristics of Employment on Family and Work Balance

Abstract

This article presents some results of the sociological study of the problems of the family and work balance carried out at industrial enterprises of the Republic of Bashkortostan from June to December 2015 (the research was conducted with the financial support of the Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation, grant № 15-13-02603). Main attention is paid to the temporal characteristics of the work and the impact that they have on the balance between the family and professional life spheres of the workers of industrial enterprises.
