It is shown, that the positive role of labour remuneration fairness considerably increases if a worker feels its connection with the personal working results. It is found out, that the most typical sign of labour remuneration fairness for the majority of professionals is its conservative content. It means that achieving sufficient level of salary a worker will do his best to keep this position, but he will not strive for increasing much more efficiency and quality of personal working activity.
