Politics 51, no. 4 (2017). 46-51.ISSN 1993-1824Posted on site: 24.01.17 AbstractThe article explores the normative-legal acts regulating the process of employment of disabled persons, statistical data of employment of people with disabilities in Moscow, and also summarizes the data of the sociological research on peculiarities of employment of persons with disabilities in the context of age differences. In the course of the survey were compared: employment before and after receiving disability groups, the activities of employment services, establishment and assignment of quotas, the possibility of obtaining a new profession, the desire to retrain and improve skills for different age groups of the disabled. The survey was conducted in December of 2015 in an online-study on the official website of the Institute of additional professional education of social workers with support from the Department of labor and social protection of population of Moscow.
