Abstract

The participants of the round table discussed issues related to the transformation of the  welfare state.Attention is paid to the conceptual and practical aspects, as well as factors that determine the process of changes. The development of welfare state  is considered in the context of political relations, economic and law issues, information and network society, communicative technologies,activities minicipal authority and trade unions.
