Abstract

The article  presents the results of a study of the mechanisms of state support of socially oriented NGOs in 85 regions of the Russian Federation . Study methods included: the construction of the rating, evaluation questionnaires, formats in-depth interviews, focus groups, expert sessions. Experts from 85 regions (NGOs employees, representatives of the resource centres, community houses, centres of innovations of social sphere, representatives of regional authorities and employees of social institutions) evaluated the importance and quality of work of mechanisms of state support for NGOs. The report provides data on a number of subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as the rating.
