Abstract

The article considers the problem of correlation of the current stage of intensive development of economic innovations and methods of legal provision of legalization of their creation and turnover. The author made conclusions regarding the effectiveness in these conditions of patent law, the transformation of the status of intellectual property. Author also made an attempt to outline the prospects for the development of the legal regulation of innovations in the context of globalization.
