As the main empirical base, the results of a sociological survey conducted in a number of Urals cities from 1997 to the present are used. Conclusions are drawn that a state of uncertainty in the future, fear for one's future and the future of their children, which in turn generates frustration and stress, becomes habitual for a dysfunctional young family or a particular person.
