Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of spreading the ideas of extremism through the Internet and the impact of this process on the consciousness of young people. The formation and development of the Global Network, to which almost all previously existing and applied mechanisms for monitoring the information environment are inapplicable, enriched extremists of different perspectives. In this situation, Russian youth are vulnerable to communicative extremist influences. In this regard, the author pays most attention to reflecting the problem of popularizing the ideas of extremism in a virtual network in the minds of young people and their relation to these processes.
