Abstract

Having passed in the second half of the twentieth century through the socialist experiment, a series of crises and systemic transformation, the countries of Central-Eastern and South-Eastern Europe came close to solving the problem of creating and improving the social rule of law. With varying degrees of success, they were able to overcome the obstacles of the first two crisis decades of the XXI century and gained a rich, invaluable, all-important experience in the struggle for a better future.
