Abstract

The features of modern globalization processes are associated with the growing importance of worldview-value aspects in contemporary international contradictions. Glokalization as the reverse side of globalization, the growth of the potential of modern humanitarian technologies used in modern information confrontation create conditions in which the preservation and strengthening of the national identity becomes an important factor in ensuring of national security Russia.
