Abstract

In this article, the Crimean experience was analyzed, due to the influence of local factors. Identified features of the formation of patriotism in the youth environment and its impact on civil identity (in the context of the study of the Crimean experience) as: the recent inclusion of the Crimea in the Russian Federation, the high migration activity of the region and the associated high ethnic conflict, the existence of a special historical memory of more than half a million of the local population and, in general, of the Crimea by active human capital.
