Abstract

This paper deals with knowledge discovery tools that represent the formalization of research heuristics for the qualitative analysis of sociological data. The results of studying various forms of constructive social activities of citizens using the JSM Socio intelligent system, which implements the proposed tools, are presented. Significant differences in some characteristics of social behavior of representatives of various nominal groups, in particular, political and civic activists are revealed.
