Abstract

In an article on the materials of the South of Russia, an attempt was made to reveal the relevance of the Soviet experience in managerial practices of today. Based on the results of a sociological survey The authors come to the conclusion that the practices of the Soviet model of management based on paternalism, state control over the economy and collectivism, today remain claimed by the population, and the public mind is still rooted point of view that well-being Citizen is the responsibility of the state.
