Abstract

The relationship between socially significant aspects of socialization and adaptation of modern young workers and and their sociomental characteristics, or the the level of development of their communicative skills analyzed in this article. The level of development of communication skills in this case was determined on the basis of a study how the respondent understands the meaning of the text, which it was proposed. Important characteristics to the socialization and adaptation of personality: knowledge of actual problems of modern Russia; knowledge of popular modern personalities; perceptions of desirable and undesirable; the degree of involvement in sociocultural environment (press, television, radio, Internet, literature); the  perception of the “world around”; knowledge of the actual problems of the company were analysed in this article. Comparison between groups of respondents who have a different level of communication skills, was held in the article. In order to optimize the processes of socialization and adaptation of young workers need to organize events for their all-round development, including activities to develop their communication skills.
