Abstract

The article presents the experience of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the implementation of the principles of the concept of decent work of the International Labor Organization and the results of the international forum «Future of work: decent work for all» held on February 3-5 in Ufa. It is shown that the movement in this direction started in 2007-2008, and the adoption of a long-term tripartite program Decent work in the Republic of Bashkortostan for the period up to 2025 was based on the results of comprehensive research and agreed with social partners. The same format of cooperation between all interested parties and the scientific community was implemented during the organization and holding of the international forum with the participation of more than 600 representatives from 27 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as Germany, Canada, France, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan. Analysis of approaches and practices, consideration of issues from different sides, discussions with major Russian and foreign scientists and practitioners, in our opinion, gave a powerful impetus to the development of new ideas, allowed to form a systematic vision of problems, identified new opportunities for solving urgent problems in the field of labor management, employment and social policy in general.
