Abstract

In the global information Network is carried out communication and information interaction of many actors,  United in social networks and online network communities. By their nature, online communities, being an expression of a new kind of sociality – the sociality of the information age, are self-organized and self-governing, which is a consequence of the nature, structure, specific functions and their global information and communication interaction. At the same time, a significant factor of self-organization and self-government of online communities is that the actors of this interaction are people of the information age, who acquire such features that allow them to be characterized as Homo informaticus subjects of global information and communication interaction, carriers of digital culture, who have mastered information and communication capital.
