Abstract

Instability is manifested in the labor sphere in the form of precarious employment. Employment under a temporary contract, on the basis of an oral agreement, under a contract to the main place of work is called precarious. Unstable young people in the formal sector of the economy have become the object of sociological research in connection with the need to study young people as a resource/resource group in the labor market. Young people between the ages of 18 and 35 were interviewed in this study in 2018. The focus of interest in this article is shifted towards the study of the precarious group in comparison with the group of stable young people. Considering their precarious situation as temporary, young workers tend to change something, but unfortunately, many of them do not have to measure the status of a stably employed much worker or entrepreneur.
