Abstract

The article analyzes the regional differentiation in the labor market in the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study of regional differentiation of the labor market is caused by the need to develop a differentiated approach to employment policy, depending on the size of the region, industry specifics, specifics of the economic and demographic development of the region. The article presents indicators characterizing the state and development of the regional labor market. On the basis of the analytical grouping, three groups of regions of Russia are identified in terms of employment and unemployment.
