Factors and tisfactory public political consensus in Russia (and in modern society as a whole) are covered from the perspective of an interdisciplinary approach. The basis of this work is the research previously published by the team of authors, which was carried out in the framework of a number of projects devoted to the analysis of the dynamics of social political relations, as well as the problems of political harmony, social state and social policy, the development of a network society in the modern world and Russia. The sections of the monograph consistently present research traditions and modern approaches to understanding phenomenology socially political consensus, politico legal aspects of its achievement. The analysis of transformation of social policy as an institution and mechanism of formation of public consent is given. Special attention is paid to the formation of a consensus culture. political interaction, value and communicative aspects of consent.
