Abstract

The focus of this study is the problem of training a new generation of specialists, primarily in the field of research and development that can apply modern knowledge and competencies in response to growing external and internal threats. The basic thesis is the difference in the university and corporate areas of research and development. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is a set of provisions that reveal the specifics of innovative process and allow us to analyze the behavior and attitudes of its participants.
