Abstract

The article on the basis of cognitive methodology considers factors inside and interregional migration process in a regional community in an example of the Rostov region. Using the Cognitive Map Method visualized the main factors of two forms of migration from the position of systemic and structural approaches. The structure of factors of direct and reverse action is presented, enhancing / weakening the impact of structural and institutional elements on processes of population displacement, their adaptation to new social conditions and integration into the host community.
