Abstract

The information map is a socio-economic portrait of the regions in which which presents quantitative indicators of their significant differences. In General, the map was developed to compare the four regions and mainly consists of quantitative indicators. Among them: population, labor, economic, scientific and educational indicators. Presented in dynamics, they are able to Supplement the indices of the level of modernization.
