Abstract

The collection is based on the materials of the all-Russian scientific and practical Conference on November 21-22, 2013 with the same name. The focus is on the problems of reforming the power management vertical, which is largely responsible for the state and prospects of modernization of Russian society. The content of the collection corresponds to the structure of the conference: reports at the plenary session and at the meetings of the six sections. The reader will find a wide range of points of view and approaches to solving such a complex and urgent problem, including the speeches of the Conference organizers. The collection is intended primarily for specialists engaged in research work in the field of domestic problems of power organization and management.
