The results of a pilot rating on the level of development of the digital economy for a reference group of 32 countries are presented. Comprehensive indices are constructed and analyzed for individual factors that form the conditions for digital transformation, as well as characterizing the use of digital technologies in the public sector, in business and in citizens. The publication is intended for experts and managers working in the field of development and implementation of a policy in the field of information society and digital economics.
