Abstract

The article analyzes posttransformation processes in the countries of Central and South Eastern Europe with the emphasis on the specifics of the two subregions with different levels of politicization and political culture. Shows the importance of the departure from the statist model of political culture, UCO the drying up of a new paradigm of political culture and optimization of production processes on a horizontal network layer, acquiring the ability of self-regulation and relationships at this level, the development of but new principles of interaction of civil society with the state. Races' the essence of transformation of the model of social relations in the course of a hundred years is covered new foundations of the network society. Networking is considered as a factor top of the growth of civic activism and politicization of society.
