Abstract

Modern technologies reflect the social tension in the society, enhance the well-established structural inequalities and reproduce cultural beliefs. The dominant technocratic approach to technology development today involves rational logic even in relation to social effects, so it is limited and needs to be revised and include new actors at different stages of production. A change in the development paradigm can be realized due to the diversity of social knowledge, which should form the basis for making technological decisions even before the black box is closed, that is, technology that can no longer be changed.
