Abstract

The demographic crisis remains one of the main challenges to Russia's socio-economic development. The COVID-19 pandemic has complicated the conditions for a possible exit from the depopulation regime. The article substantiates the need to develop and approve the social doctrine of the Russian Federation upon completion of national projects 2018-2024. The authors of this article offer their own approach to overcoming the socio-demographic crisis, taking into account the long-term demographic dynamics in Russia. Various scenarios of a post-coronavirus future are proposed for both individual countries and the world as a whole.
