Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problems of staffing of the capital's health care. The study of this issue is connected: on the one hand, with the analysis of statistical data on the staffing of medical personnel of organizations, which makes it possible to build (on the basis of a theoretical model) a forecast of the presence / deficit of personnel (for various indicators); on the other hand, with the analysis of motivational factors affecting both the entry into the profession and the long successful career of a specialist, as well as the processes of “burnout” and leaving the profession. The results of a scientific project carried out in 2019 to study the quality problems of the personnel of the healthcare system of the city of Moscow in the context of implementing the existing metropolitan standard of medical care are presented. The use of statistical, mathematical, and sociological research methods made it possible to identify the characteristic features of not only the available labor resources, but also the prospects for the staffing of Moscow healthcare institutions.
