A person, having studied even two decades in a variety of education systems (including sociological), does not receive sufficient resources, tools and experience to comprehend the current society around him and his life in its various contexts. The discourse of the authors of monographs and textbooks is mainly addressed to high professionals. Charles Mills (1959) insistent calls to develop sociological imagination (SV) are supported by many prominent sociologists, but the actual situation with SV in 60 years has not changed in the world - as it seems, due to the lack of proposals for effective empirical tools - theory and empirical are different things. In this work, we offer a comfortable and effective reflective technology on open questions, which simultaneously solves both research and development problems. Let us clarify the two resources that we present here: (a) the potential of reflexive technology (note that, thanks to open questions, methodologies are relevant for a variety of research situations); (b) the cumulative resources of the developed set of techniques, covering by now over 10 spheres of life (Education, Family, Health, etc.).
